long term rentals (monthly rates):
a discount of 50% is offered on summer rates and 25% on winter rates.
cancellations:
cancellations are subject to a minimum charge of 20% of the total rental cost. cancellations received sixty (60) days or less prior to departure are subject to a 35% charge. cancellations received thirty (30) days or less prior to departure are non-refundable. winter cancellations are generally non-refundable but can be transferred to another stay availability permitting.
